This is an inclined monocular microscope with florescent illumination. It can be used for checking fecal samples for intestinal worms and blood samples for heartworms. This 3088F microscope includes many professional features. These include WF10x eyepiece with pointer, 18mm field of view, monocular head that is inclined 45 degrees and rotatable 360 degrees, full size stand with separate course and fine adjustment controls with slip clutch system and pre-set focus stop to prevent accidental damage to objectives, or slide stage clips substage with built-in N.A. 0.65 condenser with fire aperative disc, diaphragm, rear facing, triple, revolving ball bearing hosepiece. Objectives are parafocal, paracenter and color coded and 4x, 10x and 40x powers. Built in 5 watt fluorescent illumination with collector lens and ON/OFF switch. Bulb has 10,000 hour rated life. 5 year warranty. Dust cover and bulb included with microscope. Plugs into electrical outlet.
